JLW Fitout partnered with Avida RV to transform their Emu Plains reception and office space, delivering a high-quality fitout that balanced functionality with a modern design aesthetic. The project involved careful demolition, structural modifications, and detailed finishes to create a fresh and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
Key Features
- Demolition & Make Good: Removal of existing brickwork walls, floor coverings, and shopfront entries to suit the new reception layout
- Partitions: New insulated plasterboard partitions and perimeter wall linings up to 2.7m height, finished ready for paint
- Doors: Supply and installation of solid MDF doors with aluminium jambs, lever lock sets, and barrel bolts for double doors
- Feature Walls: Full-height Maison Oak slat wall installation behind the reception counter and throughout the lounge/reception area
- Ceilings: Suspended ceiling grid extension, plasterboard strips, and a detailed reception bulkhead
- Façade: Custom double-glazed entry with sidelights in Primrose powder coat finish
- Painting: New walls, ceilings, bulkheads, and doors finished in contemporary paint systems
- Custom Joinery: Bespoke reception counter in Maison Oak with Calacatta D’Oro and LED lighting; lunchroom cabinetry in Polytec finishes with Terrazzino Perlato benchtops and Ultra White Venette overheads; additional shelving and overhead storage units
- Electrical Cupboard Upgrade: New MDF double doors with aluminium jambs and signage
