The works included wall paneling, custom joinery, glazing, fire-rated doors, and specialist coatings, coordinated across multiple areas to support exhibition spaces, gallery circulation, and operational requirements.

- Removal of existing wall panels and installation of new 17mm plywood panels with MDF overlays
- Bondcrete coating to MDF panels for durable finishes, including protective measures for gallery flooring
- Installation of black-out insulation behind high-level windows and mounting blocks for electrical services
- Supply and installation of frameless glazed sliding doors with sidelights
- Reconfiguration of lift shaft walls, temporary slab infills, and level adjustments to improve accessibility
- Fabric panel upgrades to air grills (option credited as not required)

- Hoist and cartage services for sheet movement to upper levels, maintaining gallery safety and efficiency
